Court Booking Policies

All court bookings are to be done through courtReserve. CourtReserve mobile app can download the app from Apple app store or Google play store or accessed from a web browser at Court Reserve.
Due to the late start to the season and to be fair to all members for court time, members can book courts 3 days in advance throughout June. Starting July 1st, we will move back to 5 days in advance. Each member is allowed to have a maximum of two bookings in the system at any time.
Every member gets a set amount of court bookings per week based on the membership type (see below for details). When booking a court, you must specify all the player(s) that will be playing with you on the court. Each player associated with a booking will consume a court booking from their weekly allowance.
Booking Courts for singles play is limited to 1h per booking
Booking Courts for doubles booking is limited to 2 hours per booking
Primetime bookings between 7-10 pm on weekdays are reserved for Adults only.
Membership Types:
Adults:
Max of 5 bookings per week
Max of 3 primetime bookings per week
Juniors:
Max of 5 bookings per week
Max of 1 primetime bookings per week
No prime time bookings between 6-10pm on weekdays
Young Adults:
Max of 5 bookings per week
Max of 2 primetime bookings per week
No prime time bookings between 6-10pm on weekdays
Family: See above
Lesson Only: No court Booking privileges
Note: Armadale Tennis Club reserves the right to fine tune the court booking policies to accommodate fairness to all members of the club.
